Lovely reception, amazing room, delightful breakfast, clean room, helpful staff.

Nothing it was perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, situated on a big boulevard with not many shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, which made for a peaceful stay. The service was excellent with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. I was impressed with the airport shuttle service, which was paid but well worth it. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were great, including an electric kettle, flat-screen tv, and mini-bar. The dining options were fantastic, and the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that my every need was met.

To anyone looking for a great hotel experience, I would highly recommend this place.

The neighborhood around the hotel was a bit boring, with a lack of restaurants or interesting shops nearby. the hotel was located a bit outside the old town, which meant a 15, minute walk to reach the main square/town hall.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the main tourist sites. The rooms are spacious and equipped with modern amenities such as a hair dryer and courtesy set. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious sweet and savory options. the hotel offers a comfortable and clean environment, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The staff lacked clear communication skills and did not provide proper assistance to guests with special needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Ken at the reception, were absolutely fantastic, providing great service and helpful recommendations. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and cozy, with a comfortable room and a super comfy bed. Its convenient location near the Old Town and easy access to public transportation made exploring the city a breeze. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options and had a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. this hotel offered great value for money and we would highly recommend it.

Modern scandinavian style, comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Very tidy, silent rooms with tasteful bathroom. Conveniently located, short walk to Old Town. Perfect breakfast buffet, well-appointed bathroom, excellent beds. Highly recommended!
